3 1/2cupsgreen beans, trimmed and cut into 1" length
3cupscider vinegar
1cupwater
1T.tumeric
2T.mustard seeds
1/4t.dill seed
Instructions
Sterilize 3 pint jars and raw pack the beans into the jars. In a small saucepan on medium high heat mix vinegar, water, tumeric, and mustard seeds.
Cook mixture for about two minutes and then pour over beans filling to 1/2 inch headspace. Remove air bubbles and fill with additional liquid if needed to maintain 1/2 inch headspace. Process in water bath at a full boil for 15 minutes.
