- 2 teaspoons ground cardamom,
- 5 teaspoons ground coriander,
- 4 teaspoons ground cumin,
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves,
- 2 teaspoons black pepper,
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon,
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
