Instructions
Whisk together marmalade, oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and vinegar in a small bowl. Heat cast iron skillet or grill pan over medium heat on stove top.
Brush glaze onto each side of fish; cook about 5 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
