It is easy to make, and delicous to eat!
- 3 eggs (well beaten)
- 2 heaping tsps. baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 50 degrees
Beat the eggs, and add the baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Now add the oil, and add about 3 cups of flour. When the above ingredients are all mixed, add the chopped walnuts.
Shape in a loaf, and cut down middle. Grease the bottom of the pan.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
I use brown sugar, and Spelt flour.
