Beginning Pressure Canning Class
Saturday June 16th - 1pm to 5pm
I am offering a beginning class for Pressure Canning. During the class you will learn about low acid food canning and food safety using the Pressure Canning method. You will participate in preparing your own jar to take home of a homemade beans or soup with recipes and information to continue work on your canning pantry throughout the year. The cost of the class is $35. Class limit is 6.
